On Call Information - There are end of shift short call shifts which are end of shift until 7p and end of shift until 9p (split amongst all RNs it usually averages about one a week.) Then Friday and Saturday night (7p-7a) also split amongst all RNs and averages about 1-2 overnights every 6 weeks

About the unit(s):
• Number of Beds - 10 ORs - CMC licensed for 330 beds
• Number of Staff - 50 +/-
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift - RNs STs UAs
o Night Shift - Call team
• Patient Ratios - 1:1
• Type of equipment - DaVinci Robot, Endovascular Suite, Neurospine microscope, hysteroscopy pump
• EMR - Altera
- Must have : Experience with orthopedics, total joints, general surgery, robotics, basic endovascular skills, urology experience, neuro
- Preferred or nice to have : neuro experience, needed for call coverage
- REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: ACLS for RNs
