About the Role
Campers Inn RV, the nation’s largest family-operated RV dealership group, is seeking a results-driven Sales Director to lead regional sales performance, profitability, and inventory management across multiple dealerships. Established in 1966 by Art and Fran Hirsch, Campers Inn RV has grown to become the Nation's Largest Family-Operated RV Dealership with over 35 locations in 18 states. About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead regional sales operations to achieve revenue, unit, and margin goals.

Analyze performance data and market trends to maximize available income (AI) and market share.

Manage inventory strategy, including aging units, trade-ins, ACVs, and manufacturer partnerships.

Coach General Managers and Sales Managers to ensure adherence to the Campers Inn sales process and 80/20 principles.

Foster an engaged, accountable sales culture focused on performance, growth, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

5+ years of dealership or retail leadership experience; RV, marine, or automotive industry preferred.

Proven success leading multi-location sales operations and achieving profit goals.

Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills.
