Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Location: Seven Hills New Hampshire / Crotched Mountain School - Greenfield, NH
Position Overview: As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, you'll make a difference in the lives of children with developmental and intellectual disabilities. You will assess, design, implement, and evaluate therapeutic interventions to help prevent challenging behaviors and teach meaningful skills. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will provide direct and indirect interventions, offer staff training, and serve as a clinical consultant.
What You'll Do:
- Provide individual and group therapy
- Write and monitor treatment plans
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Train staff to implement therapeutic strategies
- Maintain clear, timely documentation
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
- Professional licensure is required (LMHC, LICSW, LCSW preferred)
- Experience with developmental disabilities and behavior intervention
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license; ability to lift 25 lbs
