We’re looking for a dedicated, empathetic, and skilled Case Manager (Parent Coach) to join our team in Manchester, NH, and walk alongside parents as they navigate the joys and challenges of raising children.
What You’ll Do as a Case Manager:
As a Case Manager (Parent Coach), you’ll provide in-home and community-based support to parents and caregivers, equipping them with tools, strategies, and confidence to create safe, nurturing, and stable environments for their children.
Your responsibilities will include:

Building strong, trusting relationships with parents through regular coaching visits.

Supporting families in areas such as child development, positive discipline, stress management, and accessing community resources.

Collaborating with social workers, healthcare providers, and community partners to coordinate services.

Documenting progress and maintaining clear, timely records in accordance with program guidelines.

Advocating for families and helping them set and achieve realistic goals.
Who You Are:

Passionate about empowering families and promoting child well-being.

Experienced in human services, early childhood, social work, or a related field.

Skilled in communication, empathy, and nonjudgmental support.

Able to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Comfortable working in a variety of home environments and with diverse populations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Early Childhood, or a related field.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Prior experience working with families or children strongly preferred.

Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) a plus!
