Non-profit organization with over a century of experience in providing quality housing and supportive services to seniors in southern Vermont is searching for an energetic, visionary executive director. The desired applicant will have experience in delivering excellence in care, leading and fostering collaboration among staff, and creating and building upon relationships in the community. As administrator of Bradley House, a licensed Level III Residential Care Home, the applicant should have at least 2 years of administrative experience in residential care/assisted living, or related management experience in healthcare services.
