Position: RN-Rehab (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-Rehab for a 13-week contract in Rochester, New Hampshire — earn up to ($1994 - $2099 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation setting.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

• Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes and home care.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

• Utilize performance metrics to improve patient care outcomes.

• Engage in self-assessment to identify areas for personal growth.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

• Contribute to a positive and growth-oriented work environment.

• Assist in the development of new rehabilitation programs.

Experience/Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of New Hampshire.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a rehabilitation setting.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and self-assessment.

• Strong understanding of rehabilitation care processes and patient management.

• Excellent communication skills to educate patients and families effectively.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining patient records.

• Results-driven with a focus on achieving patient care targets.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Capability to adapt care plans based on patient progress and feedback.
