Job Description & Requirements

- Patient Care: Monitor, assess, and manage care for patients with acute medical or surgical conditions.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Wound Care & Post-Op Monitoring: Perform wound care, dressing changes, and observe for signs of infection or complications.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare staff to implement and evaluate care plans.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment, discharge instructions, and health maintenance.
1–2 years of recent Med-Surg RN experience required\n\nActive RN license – Compact or New Hampshire (NH) state license\n\nBLS certification \n\nACLS certification
