St. Ann Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, in Dover, NH, is a beautifully renovated 54 bed facility offering short- and long-term care in a warm and supportive atmosphere where residents are cared for according to their individual needs. We are proud to be a part of Catholic Charities New Hampshire’s continuum of care.


We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Weekend Supervisor Baylor position at St. Ann Rehab and Nursing Center in Dover, NH. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on the weekends while maximizing your pay!


Shifts: Saturdays and Sundays, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). Additional weekday hours are available for those seeking full-time benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the care of residents during weekend shifts.
  • Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality patient care.
  • Provide direct care and support to residents as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Lead by example, maintaining high standards of care, leadership and professionalism.


Requirements:


  • Must possess a current RN license in the State of New Hampshire
  • Must have long term care experience.
  • RN with management experience.
  • Must interact professionally with physicians, residents, family members, employees, visitors, and community.
  • IV Certification.
  • CPR/BLS certified.
