About the role
Are you a seasoned electrician who thrives under pressure, keeps projects moving seamlessly, and knows how to inspire a crew? At Bristol Construction, we're looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to both lead and work alongside commercial crews to ensure projects are completed on, on budget, and at the highest quality.
This role is hands-on: you will serve as the critical link between the field and office while also being actively involved in day to day installation and problem solving on site. You will balance leadership with craftsmanship, maintaining clear communication, smooth operations, and a motivated team.
Responsibilities
· Work hands-on while leading and motivating field crews on commercial electrical projects.
· Plan daily work, oversee progress, and maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
· Coordinate with project managers, office staff, and other trades.
· Order and track materials with accuracy.
· Schedule work to meet deadlines and inspection requirements.
· Enforce safety protocols, code compliance, and quality workmanship.
· Provide daily updates on labor, materials, and project status.
Requirements
· Valid NH Journeyman Electrician License (Master license a plus).
· 10+ years of electrical trade experience (Leadership experience preferred).
· Ability to read blueprints, specs, and manage on-site logistics.
· Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication skills with a proactive, team-first mindset.
· Proven track record of managing commercial job sites from start to finish.
