Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Clinical Fellows Welcome!

$3,000 Signing Bonus After 90 Days

What You'll Do:

You'll get to use your clinical expertise to make a real difference, helping clients and families on their communication journey.

  • Assess, interpret, and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

  • Implement innovative, child-led, and play-based interventions.

  • Support multimodal communication and implement AAC solutions.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, program assistants, and interns.

  • Build lasting partnerships with families, empowering them with strategies for home support.

  • Document client progress and maintain compliance with state and federal requirements.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Current NH state licensure (CCC completed or in progress).

  • A passion for neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and play-based therapeutic approaches.

  • Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
