Job Description

The Marketing Admin Assistant at LaBelle Winery is a supportive member of the marketing team, responsible for assisting in various digital marketing initiatives and administrative tasks. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including online review management, digital asset organization, website support, content creation assistance, online engagement, and social media content scheduling support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Support:

  • Update specific website pages as instructed
  • Support event ticketing processes in tandem with the Marketing Manager & Public Events Manager by creating events via our website using FOO and Ticket Tailor platforms, including navigating the media library to post assets related to the events.

2. Social Media Scheduling & Audience Engagement:

  • Assist Social Media Specialist by scheduling social media posts/reels/stories for all of LaBelle-related social channels using Meta scheduler, TikTok scheduler, Metricool, etc.
  • Boost posts when scheduling as instructed by Marketing Manager
  • Browse local Facebook groups, engage & interact with group posts to promote LaBelle brand, and re-share LaBelle posts to the appropriate Facebook groups.
  • Reach out to social media audiences who have tagged us in photos/videos to request consent for marketing use. Track responses and add content to Air that has been approved for use.

3. Online Review Management:

  • Respond to positive reviews on Google, OpenTable, TripAdvisor, and Yelp, maintaining a friendly and appreciative tone as outlined in the brand guidelines.
  • Track reviews and assist Marketing Manager by posting 5-star testimonials on the appropriate website pages

4. Digital Asset Organization

  • Help manage the media library, organizing digital assets effectively in Air (DAM software)

5. Online Listing Support (Google, Yelp, Tripadvisor, etc):

  • Help post LaBelle Winery events on ancillary non-LaBelle public sites.
  • Continuously post our promotions, photos and content on ancillary non-LaBelle public sites to keep those sites up to date.

6. Content Creation Support:

  • Assist Social Media Manager with creating digital graphics according to brand standards using Canva as needed.

7. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Assist in gathering data from various marketing channels (website, social media, email campaigns) and compile it into regular performance reports.

8. Marketing Inventory Management:

  • Keep track of marketing materials inventory (e.g., brochures, business cards, promotional items).
  • Coordinate with departments and Graphic Designer for restocking when necessary.

9. Influencer Outreach:

  • Assist in identifying potential influencers or brand ambassadors relevant to LaBelle Winery.
  • Help maintain a database of influencer contacts and track collaborations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Associate's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Social Media, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms.
  • Proficiency in Wordpress, Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools, especially with Meta platforms, TikTok, Canva and Google My Business
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience working in the Hospitality Industry is a plus

* Accuracy and timeliness of social media content scheduling

* Accuracy and timeliness of website updates

* Quality and consistency of online review responses & tracking

* Efficiency in managing digital assets and event webpage support

* Accuracy of data entry and report preparation

* Responsiveness to team requests and task completion rates

* Accuracy of marketing inventory management

Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week

ROP: $22.00-24.00 based on experience
