Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is needed to support a fifth-grade student with behavioral needs in an elementary school setting. This position involves providing one-on-one assistance to help the student achieve educational and behavioral goals during both the Extended School Year (ESY) and the Normal School Year (NSY).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized behavioral interventions and support consistently in a 1:1 setting
- Implement behavior plans and track progress in collaboration with the supervising team
- Utilize evidence-based strategies to promote positive behaviors and skill development
- Communicate effectively with educators, therapists, and families to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate documentation and data collection for behavior analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children in elementary school environments
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional boundaries with students
- Reliable and punctual with excellent communication skills
Position Details:
- Location: Derry, NH
- Contract type: Temporary for ESY and NSY periods
- ESY schedule: Tuesdays through Thursdays, July 8th to August 7th
- NSY starts: August 27th
