This opportunity is perfect for an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for supporting school-aged children. Located in Derry, NH, this full-time contract position spans the entire 25/26 school year within a K-12 school setting. You will play a vital role in providing direct occupational therapy services that help students thrive academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students, tailored to their individual needs
- Conduct assessments and testing services, complete comprehensive reports
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to determine student eligibility for services
- Offer guidance and support recommendations to educators and families
- Manage a diverse caseload across all grade levels from kindergarten through 12th grade
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in school settings with school-aged children
- Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy practices
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration
