Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years experience in one of the skills above

• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

OUR PROCESS

Pre-Construction / Planning:

• Communicate effectively with Foreman and team members: Before beginning any work, ensure clear communication regarding the scope of the project.

• Ensure all work is completed according to local building codes and industry standards: Review the building codes and project details with the team to ensure compliance.

• Demolition Phase:

  • Perform demolition, including removing existing fixtures, flooring, and walls as needed: Remove any existing materials to prepare the space for the remodel.

• Framing / Structural Work (if needed):

  • Framing: Install or adjust any framing that may be necessary for new fixtures or a reconfigured layout.

• Plumbing Installation:

  • Install plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs: Install the necessary plumbing components for the bathroom remodel.

• Tiling and Flooring Installation:

  • Install tile, flooring, countertops, and other finishing materials with precision and attention to detail: Complete the installation of tiles, flooring, and countertops.

• Finish Work:

  • Painting and Finish work: Apply any necessary painting or finishing touches to the surfaces, ensuring a clean and polished appearance.

• Cleanup and Final Touches:

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the remodeling process: Throughout the project, ensure the workspace remains clean and organized.

  • Final inspections and adjustments: Inspect the completed work to ensure everything meets quality standards and functions properly.
