Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide support to our CEO in both professional and personal capacities. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, operates with unwavering attention to detail, and can bring structure and organization to a dynamic leader who values precision and follow-through above all else.
The Reality of This Role
You will be the operational backbone of our CEO ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. This position requires proactive thinking, and the ability to act with urgency on every task, no matter how small.
Core Responsibilities
You will own the CEO’s inbox, monitoring every email and tracking all follow-ups. You’ll need to develop systems to keep everything moving forward without him having to think about it.
Beyond email management, you’ll coordinate his calendar, schedule all appointments both professional and personal. You’ll also manage personal responsibilities including bill payments, household scheduling, personal appointments, and any other life administration that allows him to focus on running the company.
What Success Looks Like
Success means the CEO never has to wonder about the status of something or chase down a response. It means anticipating needs before they’re expressed, flagging potential issues before they become problems, and maintaining flawless execution across dozens of concurrent priorities. You’ll need to learn his preferences quickly, adapt to his working style, and consistently deliver exactly what he needs, exactly how he needs it.
You should be someone who operates with natural urgency, treating every task as important and time-sensitive. The ability to work independently, make sound judgments, and solve problems without constant direction is critical. Discretion and confidentiality are paramount given the access you’ll have to professional and personal matters.
Experience and Skills
Previous experience supporting C-level executives is strongly preferred. You should be highly proficient with email management, calendar systems, and task management tools. Experience managing both professional and personal affairs for executives is ideal. Above all, you need a proven track record of reliability, follow-through, and maintaining organization in demanding, fast-paced environments.
