Your Responsibilities

As an RN/LPN, you will:

  • Perform professional duties in line with facility policies and the New Hampshire Nurse Practice Act.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create and update individualized resident care plans.
  • Implement care protocols for falls prevention, safety, behavior management, and more.
  • Assess and document changes in residents’ physical or mental status, reporting findings to the care team.
  • Lead and direct caregivers, preparing daily assignments and supervising care.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members to foster open communication.
  • Administer medications and treatments, maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Support a positive culture for both team members and residents.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A Nursing Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in long-term care and knowledge of elderly nursing care is preferred.
  • A valid RN or LPN license in New Hampshire; IV certification is a plus.
  • Current CPR certification and a commitment to ongoing education.
