About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries and improve their physical function. Your primary focus will be on developing personalized rehabilitation programs that address the unique needs of each patient, ensuring they achieve optimal recovery outcomes. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Your expertise in manual therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation will be essential in guiding patients through their recovery journey. Ultimately, your work will empower individuals to regain their independence and enhance their quality of life.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine.
  • Certification in specialized areas such as manual therapy or geriatric rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their response to therapy.
  • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Starting Salary: $70,000-$100,000
