Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative tasks to maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
• Answer inbound calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in the office database.
• Coordinate and organize documentation to support various office functions.
• Provide receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and managing front-desk activities.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for team members.
• Prepare reports and correspondence as needed by the team.
• Ensure timely communication between departments to facilitate smooth workflows.
• Support office projects and initiatives as required by management.• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.
• Strong ability to handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with standard office procedures and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with receptionist responsibilities, including interacting with visitors.
