What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations in the Microbiology department, ensuring high-quality and timely testing

• Supervise and mentor lab technologists and technicians, providing technical guidance and performance oversight

• Perform and review complex microbiological testing, including cultures, antimicrobial susceptibility, and molecular diagnostics

• Maintain compliance with CAP, CLIA, and hospital quality standards

• Collaborate with infectious disease, pathology, and infection control teams to support patient care
