Qualifications:
- Active COTA licensure in New Hampshire
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant or related field
- Proven experience in school-based settings
- Familiarity with ABA self-contained programs
- Strong munication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work with diverse student populations, including preschool and elementary students
Location:
Salem, NH
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to a caseload of 2nd to 5th grade students
- Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assess student needs and develop appropriate therapeutic interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student outes
- Serve as a resource to staff and families regarding occupational therapy
- fortably transition between ESY and NSY schedules as required
