Responsibilities
- Open and close repair orders.
- Coordinate and maintain a busy schedule.
- Maintain daily routes.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Employ good judgment, safe driving skills, and abide by all traffic regulations.
- Keep a clean and organized mobile service van.
- Maintain accurate records of trips and repairs.
- Communicate effectively with Customers and Technicians.
Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Excellent driving skills and clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Vast understanding of vehicle repairs
- CDK Platform knowledge
- Excellent organizational competencies
- Extraordinary communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
