Are you a creative, hands-on chef who’s ready to lead at the corporate level? We are searching for an Executive Chef to join our leadership team and help shape our Corporate Dining team.
As an Executive Chef, you will be a key member of the leadership team, partnering with our Director of Culinary to set company-wide standards and drive menu innovation, all while inspiring chefs across multiple accounts. You’ll bring both culinary excellence and tech-savvy skills – using certain tools to enhance training, menus, and client engagement.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead menu development, seasonal catering, and food trend innovation.
- Collaborate with Culinary and Purchasing teams to source products for events and promotions.
- Mentor, train, and provide coaching to chefs across accounts.
- Ensure quality, safety, and consistency in every kitchen.
- Support new account openings, tastings, and client events.
- Use technology and data tools to design menus, signage, and training guides.
- Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
- Toast, XtraChef
- Travel regularly across the Northeast to provide leadership and support.
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years as an Executive Chef, Corporate Chef, or Culinary Director.
- Strategic culinary leadership and experience in high-volume food service management, showing effective communication and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP practices.
- Passion for food trends, wellness, and sustainability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic culinary tech platforms.
- A collaborative & innovative mindset with a passion for hospitality.
