RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare individual and small business tax returns with accuracy and efficiency
- Work directly with clients to gather information and guide them through the tax filing process
- Provide clear explanations and personalized service to ensure clients feel confident and informed
- Manage multiple client appointments while maintaining a high level of service
- Create a welcoming, professional experience for every client
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with office software preferred.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
