As a Family Support Worker, you’ll walk alongside families, helping them build skills, find resources, and create stronger futures. Guided by Solution-Based Casework, you’ll co-create family plans, celebrate milestones, and empower parents with the tools they need to overcome life’s challenges.

✅ What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services (or related field)

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Strong communication skills + ability to juggle priorities

• Empathy, compassion, and professionalism

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, insurance
