As a Sales Professional at Conde Roofing & Construction, you’ll play a key role in driving growth and upholding the exceptional service standards our clients have come to expect. This position involves a mix of residential canvassing and lead generation (as needed), performing detailed inspections, creating accurate project estimates, and closing sales. Success in this role requires a strong working knowledge of exterior construction—particularly roofing and siding—including familiarity with materials, installation practices, and industry standards. Whether your background is in roofing, siding, or general construction, what matters most is your ability to guide homeowners through the sales process with confidence, professionalism, and integrity. This is a draw-based commission role with uncapped earning potential—perfect for a motivated, experienced salesperson who’s ready to take control of their income.
