Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years X-Ray experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Radiologic Technologist position is available on a contract basis in Derry, NH, providing an excellent opportunity to work with advanced imaging technology in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong expertise in X-ray imaging, particularly in operating C-arms and portable units, with a focus on fluoroscopy and OR experience.

Location:
The assignment is located within a well-equipped radiology department at a notable medical center in Manchester, NH. The department features two new Canon X-ray rooms along with Philips, Siemens, and GE OEC C-arms, complemented by portable Carestream and upcoming GE machines. The team includes a mix of new and experienced technologists working together to deliver outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including fluoroscopy and operating OR imaging equipment.
  • Utilize Allscripts for documentation and scheduling.
  • Collaborate effectively with a team of 5 daytime staff and 2 weekend staff, including support from on-call technicians.
  • Rotate through every fourth weekend on a 7:00 am to 7:30 pm shift schedule.
  • Respond promptly to call requirements as needed.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Current ARRT (R) certification and NH state license.
  • Experience in operating C-arms in both OR and fluoroscopy settings.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Ability to work flexible weekday and weekend hours, including on-call duties.
  • Comfortable wearing scrubs of any color in the workplace.
