As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy Warehouse Supervisor to take charge of our warehouse operations and lead a dedicated team.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and motivate a warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations—including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.

Maintain accurate inventory through smart organization, regular cycle counts, and clear documentation.

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring safety, speed, and accuracy.

Train new team members and promote a strong safety-first culture.

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification a plus—we can help if needed).

Work closely with purchasing, sales, and customer service teams to solve problems and exceed customer expectations.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for continuous improvement.
What You Bring to the Table:

3+ years of experience supervising a warehouse team—ideally in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or building supplies.

Strong organizational and communication skills—you’re the kind of person who leads by example.

Experience using warehouse software and Microsoft Office (WMS experience a plus).

A forklift license or willingness to get certified.

Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
