• Number of Beds - 5 LDR, 8 mom/baby, 5 pedi/gyn
• Number of Staff - 44
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift - 3 labor nurses 2-pedi/level 2 nurses, Manager & Director
o Night Shift - 3 labor nurses, 2-pedi/level 2 nurses, 1 UC
• Patient Ratios - AWHONN staffing guidelines
• Type of equipment - GE
• EMR - CPN & Meditech

Hiring Profile

Must have :
• BLS, ACLS, NRP
• AWHONN Intermediate FM within 2 years

Preferred or nice to have :
• C-EFM
• Inpt OB certification

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Vaginal & Cesarean birth, mom baby couplet care

Best personality Fit:
• Team player
Floating Area(s):
• Whole hospital as a sitter or helper

Dress Code :
• Scrub Color/Attire - provided by unit

Weekends and On call:
• Shared on call same as regular staff, every other weekend
