Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to join our team in Manchester, New Hampshire. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to support executive leadership and contribute to key organizational initiatives. The role requires a highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee executive schedules, including organizing meetings, sending reminders, and rescheduling when necessary.
• Arrange international and domestic travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for executives.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefs to support decision-making and organizational planning.
• Develop and maintain an efficient filing system to ensure records and documents are easily accessible.
• Track and manage expense reports for the president, providing accurate documentation to the accounting team.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including processing quotes and sales as directed.
• Plan and manage logistics for industry-specific tradeshows, conferences, and speaking engagements.
• Create and monitor tradeshow budgets while coordinating closely with relevant departments.
• Ensure tradeshow materials are prepared, packed, and delivered on time to venues.
• Represent the organization at tradeshows and events, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any on-site issues.• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in calendar management and coordinating complex travel arrangements.
• Ability to create detailed and accurate reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with budget management and event logistics planning.
• Willingness to attend domestic and international tradeshows as required.
