Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A high school is seeking a qualified Behavior Specialist to provide support and intervention services for students. This position requires expertise in behavior analysis and collaboration with educational staff to implement effective behavior management strategies that promote positive student outes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Work directly with students to implement behavior support strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to ensure consistency in behavior interventions.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide training and guidance to school staff regarding behavior management techniques.

Qualifications:

• Certified Behavior Specialist with relevant experience in school settings.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Excellent munication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain detailed documentation.
