Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in grades 4-6 within a K-12 school environment. This role is based in Nashua, NH, serving Hollis Upper Elementary School and requires immediate availability through June 17, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) support and interventions to students with special education needs (SPED) in grades 4-6.
- Manage a caseload focused on behavioral goals and progress within the school setting.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to adapt strategies, including flexible responses to classroom changes.
- Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with district and agency protocols.
- Participate in virtual interviews and onboarding processes to comply with district standards.
Qualifications:
- ABA certification or active candidacy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with certification present at the start of the assignment.
- Proven experience working in school-based settings with the special education population.
- At least one completed professional reference.
- Ability to pass district fingerprints/background checks and onboarding requirements.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in dynamic classroom environments.
- Reliable transportation for daily commute.
- Availability Monday through Friday during school hours.
