Seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students at a high school in Dover, NH. This contract position is for the full school year, providing an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the educational and behavioral development of students in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and document data on student progress and behavior
- Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to promote positive behaviors
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student needs
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow behavior protocols and document accurately
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
