Clinical Director – Residential School for Children with Neurodevelopmental Disabilities
Location: Greenfield, NH
Program: Crotched Mountain School, a program of Seven Hills New Hampshire

Seven Hills New Hampshire is seeking a Clinical Director to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary clinical team serving children and young adults (up to age 22) with autism, neurodevelopmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, and co-occurring psychiatric challenges in a residential and educational setting.
This is a rare opportunity to combine your expertise in trauma-informed care, mental health, and neurodevelopmental disabilities to guide a dynamic clinical program in a mission-driven organization.

Located in New Hampshire’s scenic Monadnock region, CMS is a residential and day program that empowers neuro-diverse students with essential life, social, behavioral, and academic skills for greater independence and quality of life. Our therapeutic campus features hiking trails, lakes, an Olympic-sized pool, a media center, a bowling alley, a library with breathtaking views, and much more!
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Lead and supervise a team of clinicians across residential and school programs
- Oversee the development and delivery of assessments, interventions, and treatment plans
- Provide direct consultation and/or maintain a small caseload
- Train and coach staff in crisis prevention, trauma-informed care, and clinical best practices
- Champion a person-centered, multidisciplinary vision for clinical services
Qualifications
Who You Are:
- A licensed clinician (LICSW, LCMHC, or Psychologist preferred) with 3+ years of independent clinical practice and leadership experience
- Experienced in providing care and supervision for youth with complex developmental, psychiatric, and behavioral needs
- Skilled in leading diverse teams and delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based services
- Confident in managing clinical compliance and fostering collaboration across disciplines, families, and community stakeholders

Schedule: Full-Time | Exempt (Monday – Friday daytime hours, some on-call weekend hours)
