A licensed Speech Language Pathologist is needed to support students in grades 5 through 8 at a school located in Derry, NH. This part-time contract position offers approximately 20 hours per week, managing a small caseload that allows for focused and meaningful intervention. The role is ideal for professionals seeking to provide pediatric speech therapy services, including those working via teletherapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to middle school students (grades 5-8)
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans to meet each student's communication needs
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to promote student progress in school settings
- Utilize teletherapy methods where applicable
- Manage documentation and maintain compliance with state licensing requirements
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Hold a valid license to practice in New Hampshire
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFYs) encouraged to apply
- Experience or interest in pediatric speech therapy and school-based practice
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
