A privately held healthcare management firm is hiring a Business Development Representative to help grow its medical malpractice brokerage division.
Reporting directly to the company’s President, you’ll be trained in the insurance piece and given the tools to build a book of business from the ground up.
This role is ideal for a recent college graduate, especially former Division I athletes, who thrive in competitive, performance-driven environments. Prior sales experience is a plus, and exposure to healthcare is helpful but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000 + unlimited OTE

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and close new business opportunities within the medical community
- Serve as broker of record for carriers
- Manage full-cycle client relationships with physicians, practice managers, and healthcare groups
- Sell policies in both admitted and E&S markets
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership in a startup-style environment
- Travel locally to client offices as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, drive, and follow-through
- Sales experience preferred (any industry)
- Entrepreneurial spirit with long-term career ambitions
- Bachelor’s degree
