Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A travel Occupational Therapist position is available in Tamworth, NH, serving a K-8th grade school setting from February 23, 2026, through the end of the school year. This role involves providing specialized OT services to a caseload of 15 students, along with an additional 12 students who receive OT support through the Response to Intervention (RTI) program.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students across grades K-8, addressing individual needs and goals.
Implement group therapy sessions in collaboration with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) for enhanced interdisciplinary support.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for each student.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education program (IEP) planning.
Adapt therapy techniques to accommodate diverse student needs and learning environments.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid Occupational Therapy license.
Experience working in school-based settings, preferably with K-8 age groups.
Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with RTI models and group therapy delivery is advantageous.

Work Schedule and Location:

This is a travel position based in Tamworth, NH.
Approximately 35 hours per week, aligned with the school calendar from late February to the end of the academic year.
