Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This role seeks a Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support K-12 students in a school setting with a focus on grades 4-6. The position is based in Manchester, NH, within a full semester contract running from ASAP through June 17, 2026. This opportunity involves working on-site Monday through Friday with one opening available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ABA-based behavioral support and interventions for students in grades 4-6
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies as necessary to meet student needs
- Maintain clear and professional communication with school personnel and families
- Adapt to classroom rearrangements and varying student needs with flexibility
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required at the time of hire
- Demonstrated school-based experience in behavior support, preferably with the SPED population
- At least one completed professional reference
- Reliable transportation to and from the school
- Completion of district fingerprinting and ability to pass district/agency onboarding procedures
- Comfortable working within K-12 educational settings and flexible to changes in classroom environments
