Job Description
We’re looking for dedicated LPNs to serve residents in Long-Term Care and Assisted Living facilities across New Hampshire. Your clinical expertise, respect for dignity, and thoughtful communication help residents feel safe, seen, and supported every day.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver respectful, culturally sensitive nursing care
- Assess and implement age-specific plans to meet patient needs
- Safely administer medications and treatments
- Ensure proper patient identification and documentation
- Assist with personal care, respond to emergencies, and educate families
- Collaborate with care teams and update plans based on patient response
- Keep patient environments clean, comfortable, and secure
- Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols, infection control, and ethical care standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Active LPN license (NH or compact)
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience
- A genuine passion for elder care and patient advocacy
- Prior experience in LTC or Assisted Living is a plus
