Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources and Risk Management, you will be responsible for researching, developing and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract and retain a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. As a primary point-of-contact for recruiting, your experience with efficient and effective, inclusive recruitment methods based on industry standards and organizational needs will strengthen the Franklin Pierce brand and employment partnerships.

Working collaboratively with hiring managers and search committees, you will educate them on best practices for diversity/inclusivity and recruitment processes and develop detailed and accurate job descriptions with non-biased language. Experience and Qualifications:
As our ideal candidate, you will:-
- hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree,
- have a minimum of two years of experience in recruitment,
- have previous experience in diversity and inclusivity training and implementation,
- you will have a strong knowledge of human resources regulations including labor and human rights legislation and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission compliance,
- previous experience with web postings desired.
Your good sense of humor, self-confidence, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and exceptional writing skills will complement the human resources team at Franklin Pierce.
In this full-time position, you will be eligible for health and wellness benefits, including tuition benefits, paid time off, and retirement contributions (after criteria are met).
