WSESU is seeking a school psychologist to be part of WEST (Windham Evaluation Support Team) responsible for evaluation to determine eligibility for special education services. The School Psychologist will work with multi-disciplinary teams to administer psychological tests, develop comprehensive evaluation outcomes to determine eligibility, define student learning needs, support IEP teams to communicate evaluation outcomes with parents/guardians, and support student behavioral/social emotional needs. Knowledge of behavior intervention and positive behavior support plan development is desired as well as knowledge of evaluating students with low incidence disabilities and autism spectrum disorders. Candidate must have VT licensure, a Master's Degree in School Psychology or Psychology with certificate of advanced study in school psychology or equivalent and 2-5 years of experience in school settings.
