DBT Program Coordinator/Clinician
Full-time position. Adult DBT Program. Develops, implements and supervises a program of individual psychotherapy and group psychoeducation in both Dialectical Behavior Therapy and more traditional models. Supervises and provides supervision to clinical staff members to insure the most effective operation of both DBT and traditional model of psychotherapy. Provides outpatient assessment, treatment, referral and consultation and education services for adults with severe mental health needs. Qualifications: Master's Degree in field of mental health (psychology, counseling, social work, or related field); Licensed or Licensed eligible in the state of New Hampshire (LICSW, LCMHC, MLADC). Must have completed intensive DBT training with a qualified instructor. Two years of post-graduate clinical experience required. Supervisory experience required with experience in individual and group psychotherapeutic techniques.
